The Arcadia exhibits at 10-12 regional shows per year, plus the large Book Expo show once a year in Los Angeles. They needed an exhibit that would service them for their regional shows and would be reconfigurable to use at the Book Expo in a larger space.
George Castano, president and senior exhibit consultant at ExpoTrade Exhibits, suggested the MultiQuad system, which is modular and designed to be reconfigured from a 10x10 to a 10x20. This was a win-win for the Arcadia Marketing Team – they could use the 10x10 for the small regional shows, and easily reconfigure it to a 10x20 for larger shows. The integrated shelving would be ideal for displaying their latest publications and the modular changeable graphic panels would allow them to use a variety of graphic configurations.
The MultiQuad system has been a huge benefit to Arcadia budget-wise, especially since the display is highly portable and the booth staff is able to assemble it on their own. Arcadia is so pleased with the exhibit that they have booked more shows for the coming season.
